Changed over to FeedForAll.com RSS to HTML for the SPC XML feeds for better reliability and
custom layout.  Since it is ran locally, it will refresh each time the page is reloaded.  The
only delay in XML data should be the delay it takes for the SPC to update the .xml files
themselves.
